		<description>Totally agree with you that young companies *especially* should hire great PMs.  What&#039;s hard is that PMs don&#039;t really have any direct output.  But, the best service they often provide is the ability to reduce waste: thinking about projects before they happen, making sure they go smoothly and efficiently, verifying features with users, etc.</description>
