Meri Gruber is the VP of Business Development at Decision Management Solutions. Decision Management Solutions provides consulting services in all aspects of Decision Management, predictive analytics and business rules.

Meri is an accomplished Business Development professional with proven experience in delivering high value solutions to customers and partners. Most recently Meri advised enterprise software and technology companies on their positioning, partner, marketing, social media, go-to-market and commercialization strategy and implementation. Meri was Director Business Development for Intel’s flat panel display venture, Investment Manager for Intel’s New Business Investments, and consultant to venture capitalists and private investors.

Meri also has extensive international operating experience with Intel, Total SA, Schlumberger and Ernst & Young Management Consulting including 14 years working in Europe and Asia – Norway, France, Brunei, Australia, Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia. She is a Principal Advisor for the LARTA-NSF CAP1 program, advising National Science Foundation SBIR grantees on their commercialization plan and led pro-bono consulting projects and social media initiatives for the Taproot Foundation. She holds a BSEE with honors from the University of Washington, Seattle and an MBA from INSEAD, France.
